I am a repeat patient to the Toledo location because of Doctor Tess Russell. She is an excellent doctor and an assett to the America's Best Brand! You will not be sorry for making an appointment here because you will be treated like their most important patient from the time you walk in until you leave! What a great staff and amazing doctor! These people were just a delight to work with! When it was time to write up my 2 pairs of glasses I was getting, the women taking care of me worked through the two different ways to write up my purchase so the insurance company would cover more. Apparently, which pair was first on the order made a difference. Two other employees didn't have any clients at that moment. They both came over and were talking about the the best way save me money.
