🔥 Stephanie at the Norwalk location was passive. She would pass me over. Didn't want to help me find anything 😔😕. Edward was nice at first then he got passive when I was going to pay. He acted like he didn't want to assist me. Over all the Store manager is very knowledgeable and knows everything 😃. The store manager was very professional and understanding of the way eyes work. Everyone from the staff sitting at the front such as Stephanie, the staff prepping for your eye exam, to the check out that helped me was professional and helpful. Dr. K was patient and professional and explained everything intricately. Clean Facility as well, highly recommended location.
