I went in to order contacts in the norwalk location and there was a gentleman who was helping me. All of a sudden I don’t know if she is a manager but with her attitude and tone she shouldn’t be. I believe her name was kay. She comes out her office to be extremely rude and obnoxious and cutting off me and the gentleman conversation saying I wouldn’t be able to order contacts because I waited too long and that I would need another exam but the thing is my prescription for my contacts is still valid and active. 🔥 Stephanie at the Norwalk location was passive. She would pass me over. Didn't want to help me find anything 😔😕. Edward was nice at first then he got passive when I was going to pay. He acted like he didn't want to assist me. Over all the Store manager is very knowledgeable and knows everything 😃. The store manager was very professional and understanding of the way eyes work. Everyone from the staff sitting at the front such as Stephanie, the staff prepping for your eye exam, to the check out that helped me was professional and helpful. Dr. K was patient and professional and explained everything intricately. Clean Facility as well, highly recommended location.
