Horrible experience!! These people refuse to give me my contact prescription because they're basically forcing me to order from them. Not only have I contacted them to ask them to release it, but I did exactly what they told me and having 1-800 contacts request it from them and they still refused to hand it over. Legally I have the right to my prescription. This is bs! I moved out of state and I need my prescription because I haven't changed my contacts in over a month and they refused to give it to me. I had an appointment today for an eye exam and to get glasses. The entire staffing team was very professional and kind and I’m very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Americas best to everyone I know
The best of the BEST! All of the staff is not only professional, but empathetic towards the patients needs 100% - I have been to a few eye centers in the past, and this is by far my favorite. Vida, Dr. Baer, Kim and AK make you feel so welcome, put you at ease regardless if you need glasses or eye contacts. My appointment was outstanding from the time I walked in the door until I lefted. The four employees were polite, efficient, professional and extremely helpful. Kaylee, Vida, Kim And Aden went out their way to assist. Dr. Devin Baer was outstanding. Great place get glasses without stress. 5 Stars to them.
I came to get my eye glass prescription and they did a great job. Dr Devin is very professional and takes the time to explain what he is doing and not rush the eye exam. Definitely a good place to get an eye exam. The staff were friendly and did not try to pressure sell me with frames and stuff. Definitely recommending this for folks who need a quick eye exam done for glasses
