My experience was very efficient and effective and overall extremely helpful.

The staff was very knowledgeable and nice. Great visit.
Nothing about my visit went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, none of the technology worked the way it should have, and instead of taking responsibility, the tech kept blaming it on me being “the first appointment of the day.” Honestly, not a single employee I interacted with seemed to fully know how to do their job. The technician clearly wasn’t trained properly — they didn’t know how to operate the eye exam equipment and ended up doing five separate pressure (puffs of air) tests on my eyes while fumbling to take picture... read more
