Must be short staffed today....We have been waiting awhile to pick out some glasses. First time here.
My husband came here for a contact eye exam. He was there over 2 hours. He has an astigmatism and needs a specific brand which they didn’t have trials of which is fine so they ordered them to be shipped to our house. We have a receipt and everything. The contacts never showed up, my husband called and they said well you didn’t tell us if the trials worked or not. He wasn’t trialing any bc he knows the exact kind he needs. So now they want to use a new year of insurance instead of last years bc they messed it all up. So inste... read more
This is the second time with two different pairs of glasses that they have messed up. The first time they had the material wrong. This time the right eye prescription is too strong. I really like the glasses I picked out, but I won't even be able to wear them. Highly upset because obviously something needs to be done about training. This is ridiculous!
