i really love this location! i did go to one back in ohio and didn't have the best experience with the staff, but the staff here is like amazing and they give top notch customer service! shoutout to jada for helping me getting the glasses i exactly wanted! i also think the eyecare membership is worth it mostly bcus i dont have vision insurance anymore lol, i also appreciate them cleaning and adjusting my glasses when needed :)
Everyone was very helpful. I went in for my prescription renewal. AAaron assisted me with choosing my pair of glasses. He was very resourceful, asked me what glasses I was comfortable with the most, and from there helped me chose the right frame for me and advised me on the style of the frame as well.
Exam went great! Unfortunately communication was horrible once I placed my contact order which was placed the day of the exam. Had to contact them for an update, when I was told that I would be notified once my contacts arrived. The day I called I was told they had been waiting for pick up for about a week but I never received a call or notification. Finally picked up my contacts, and did not receive a case or solution for the year supply that I purchased through them. I see why I stopped using them. Back to MyEyeDr I go!
I have been trying to get the correct contact prescription for a few weeks now. They gave me the wrong prescription twice. I bought a whole pack of contacts with the wrong prescription (because they didn’t have a trial pair for me) and they wouldn’t let me exchange. I’m now out over $100. They did order trial pairs for me finally, but when I called to see if I could try dailies they said they would call me back within a few hours and then a few days went by.
