EDIT: I went to another place and it turns out I'm nearsighted with other issues. When this company put me as farsighted and they didn't even add my astigmatism to my prescription. If they only have virtual PLEASE reschedule to see someone in person instead, it's not worth the headache! And don't go close to closing hours you will be rushed out. I came in hoping to get clear answers about the discomfort and vision problems I've been experiencing — things like eye pain, blurry vision, and trouble focusing. After waiting over an hour, my exam ended up being a virtual visit, and while the doctor was polite, it felt like my symptoms weren’t fully addressed. I was told my eyes appear healthy and was given reading glasses(i have already tried and they didnt work).
