Super annoyed. first I had issues with my bank. My bank marked the payment as fraud. I called 20 mins before they closed to give an update. Just to be stuck on hold for 20 mins. No way in hell they were on that phone that whole time. Might be the last time I use them.
💜💜💜Always a pleasure going in and getting an eye exam and glasses from America's Best in Woodhaven. True professionals with a very happy environment. From glasses to contacts our family trusts America's Best. I must add Prabhpal Sandhu, O.D. made an otherwise boring exam, exceptional. Thank you again for the perfect experience.
If need glasses cheap and have time to wait for them it works. But other then that go some where else.
I\n Went to this place to get an eye exam. It was not accurate, they put them in my glasses. I could not get used to them. I returned them. They would not relinquish the eye exams, so I could go get a accurate eye exam somewhere else, so I had to go pay for one. And the manager, they're Tabitha, Allied and said, I just didn't like The Frames that was not true.Please do not go there.Nobody I know is satisfied with their glasses when they go there
Paid almost 300 for eye exam and a single box of contacts, ship to store supposed to be fast and was told I would get notifications and called by store when my order came in. Never received either and for a new script to not allow any trials or anyrhing, I got shoehorned into buying... wont go back to this location staff not helpful, and very passive aggressive.
