To start, I have anxiety about going to eye exams in general because I have a hard time finding frames that fit my face. I have a wider face with very little nose bridge support (similar to many Asian face shapes), so most standard frames don’t sit properly. This was my first time at this location. The girl who originally helped me was very sweet and helpful, and I really liked the doctor as well. The wait wasn’t long, and the exam itself was quick and efficient. Girls are rude and prices are high…would not recommend this establishment.
Super annoyed. first I had issues with my bank. My bank marked the payment as fraud. I called 20 mins before they closed to give an update. Just to be stuck on hold for 20 mins. No way in hell they were on that phone that whole time. Might be the last time I use them.
