Consuele was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and genuinely cared about providing great service. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. Do not come here. My husband came here and was given the incorrect prescription. Highly disappointed and a waste of money. Save yourself the time and the hassle.
The staff couldn't be more accommodating. I was quickly greeted, checked in, and sent on my way. They were experiencing technical difficulties during my visit, and were able to quickly reschedule for a day later in the week. No issues beyond that, and the glasses took one week to the day to arrive.

From now on I will be using a different location, just drove 35 min to this location to find out their doors are locked at 6:13 pm on 4/24/26. They never called me to tell me my kids glasses were ready, I had to reach out it coming up on day 10 I had to reach out and see if their glasses were ready, they were. Said I would be there Friday to pick them up, and this is what I had to deal with.
