The process was quick and easy from start to finish. Everyone was courteous friendly professional and patient. Consulate was amazing.
I have been a customer of Americas Best for many years. This visit, however, has turned into a total fiasco. On 11/22/2025, I ordered glasses and requested a year's supply of contacts be ordered. I requested the contacts be mailed to my home. This did not happen. When I went to pick up my glasses on 12/05/2025, the contacts were sitting there, but it was only a 6 month supply. I called America’a Best in Fairlawn yesterday to order contacts. Kelly advised me that they were short staffed and didn’t have time to help me. I requested that she call me back when they had time later that day. I never received a phone call back. I called today and was advised that it was only the receptionist and manager Beth and no one there could order contacts. Beth was super apologetic about but it’s obviously very frustrating that after trying 2 days in a row to order contacts, I was unable to yet again. I understand... read more
