Horribly managed facility. I was told there would be a wait, I asked how long, girl stepped away and came back saying there was only one patient ahead of me, so no wait. 20 minutes after my appointment time and not one blink of human interaction I went to the front desk and said I would reschedule. Finally got a smile and a nod. I guess I was holding them up from starting their weekend. Will bot be returning.
Nothing against the people working here. But the opthalmologist being remote, the online process of sending the videos made me feel very uncomfortable about the service and how effective it is. The eye exam took well over 2 hour, very inefficient.
