Went to pick up my glasses . I was giving a card for me to read the instructions on how should glasses fit . The attendant did absolutely nothing she just asked if they fit okay or not. I asked a question. The answer was “ well they are progressive ‘ . Was not my first progressive pair of glasses. Even if they did ., she could probably guide people better , instructions , differences. and proven questions . Lazy staff member did not feel like doing her job . Came today to get an eye exam for contacts and eyeglasses (I haven’t had an eye exam in over 10 years) and they were all extremely kind and helpful! Faith was wonderful, she spoke with me on the phone beforehand, and did some of my prelimary eye exams, Dr. Rana was very thorough, and answered all of my questions! (Particularly about the fog/haze I was noticing under my eye) Jennifer was very patient with me, and helped me pick out 2 excellent frames. Very terrible customer service!!! The manager there was extremely rude immediately after being put onto the phone. There was no hello, she just came in hot with animosity for no reason, was simply trying to get some information on stats from a previous exam. Have been going to another location for years, will not be going back to this one or any other America’s best.
My lenses got scratched. It was under warranty. She told me. I had to leave my glasses well if I leave my glasses. Then I'll have no glasses. I won't build a read or drive. Or do anything? She was just very rude the manager
