I wanted to purchase a pair of glasses without getting my prescription in them through my insurance and the “sales lady “ said that I could not buy glasses unless I got the lens. I thought that was strange so I contacted my insurance and they advised me that they would pay for frames without having lens. Thai is the second time I try and purchase ci facts from this location. I’ve gone to several I’ve had to call and wait for someone to call me back the first time it took a whole day and a half and that’s because I kept calling . Today again I call to order contacts the young lady says okay no problem would you like to prices them over the phone I said yes she okay hold on .
