Excellent service from the very beginning. The staff was kind, attentive, and always willing to guide us through the entire process. Even though Spanish is not their native language, they made a great effort to assist us in Spanish and even helped with translation during the vision exam. Carlie, a very sweet woman, was the one who guided us through this excellent experience. I live in Florida and was able to give a special gift to someone close thanks to the great service at this optical store.

I waited over 3 weeks for the appointment, they ran over 30 mins late and when I got into the room they told me it was a virtual appointment. No one ever told me this head, not when I booked or when I arrived! The doctor virtually did little to no testing on me and made decisions without discussing my situation at all. I also got little to no help selecting frames. In addition, the frames were not as “cheap” as advertised. I will not go back!

This place won’t last long. Why am I still waiting to be seen by the Dr 1 hr later??? But wait there’s 2 patients infront of me! I read the reviews and it seems to me this is a regular thing here. I’m walking out because this is not the way to treat customers. I hv followed this business though out 3 other states and never had to encounter this. Dr Wang can run her store how she wants, but I will not be her patient. Sorry Americas Best time has come to part ways. I do not recommend this place.

Stopped in by chance for a new pair of progressives. The frames were solid, but the lenses came out a bit off. The staff was friendly and helpful—they let me return them without issue—but the corporate office really dropped the ball. Took multiple attempts to get the paperwork processed correctly.

I went to American best for new men's glasses, they were very helpful and friendly, they help me pick out a new pair of glasses, I went to several different eyeglasses locations and I had a pair saved at lenses crafter ,I told my wife this is the last place if we don't find one then we go to lense crafter,we'll I found a pair that all the other places didn't have and Kari the general Mgr help me ,she took care of me and told me how much it would cost and I was sold ,she fitted me and did everything she was supposed to do and... read more
