We came up to pick up glasses and contacts about an hour before they closed and the receptionist was very rude. She was frustrated that we showed up just to pick up our contacts and prescription sunglasses which does not take that long. It took about five minutes. Although the doctor is very nice! I personally think friendly customer service attracts more customers and creates an appealing environment.
I went here for the first time yesterday and the service was absolutely amazing! Everybody was very sweet and the doctor was very fast with my appointment! I accidentally scheduled for an eye only exam instead of contacts as well, but despite them being short staffed they were still generous enough to find a way to quickly fit me in! I really appreciate their help and kindness!!
The absolute best experience I've had with glasses. Extremely helpful and empathetic staff, especially the manager. She was wonderful.
I came to this location after moving in town, and having issues with my prescription from the California location, the staff here went absolutely above and beyond to assist me and figure out what was wrong with my prescription and why I was having double vision issues. From the doctor to staff members at the desk, everyone was so attentive and so helpful, Mina was absolutely amazing, as well as Mary and another lady that had blonde curly hair ( I apologize for forgetting the name).
