Cheap place to get glasses. People working there aren't always friendly
Exceptional assistance and service received by Donna.
M Made an appointment and confirmed that I had UHC. When I arrived, I was told this location couldn’t look up my insurance information and that I needed to go to a different location. Good customer service would involve calling the other locations on the customer’s behalf, not instructing customers to go verify everything themselves. I do not recommend this location based on how their customer service represents the company.
Now this is my favorite place! So kind! Excellent service. Went out of their way to help me. Staff were ALL fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
