I had a great experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. Leah and Ketisa were both extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They were professional, patient, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Customer service like this really stands out, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in to help me. M Made an appointment and confirmed that I had UHC. When I arrived, I was told this location couldn’t look up my insurance information and that I needed to go to a different location. Good customer service would involve calling the other locations on the customer’s behalf, not instructing customers to go verify everything themselves. I do not recommend this location based on how their customer service represents the company.
