The manager at Americans best Lexi Brown Was very professional I feel that she is a very good access to your company very knowledgeable on eyewear. I was very pleased and will definitely recommend this location to all my friends.
Will never come back. I come in and both employees look up at me, say nothing and look back down. So that’s awkward. I just stand there bc I’m unsure what to do. One is with a customer and one is doing paperwork or something. Then one of them still sitting and looking down says “can I help you” but I’m not even sure which one so I have to ask. And she sarcastically is like “….um me…” so I tell them I’ve got an appointment for 1:50 and she says the eye techs are at lunch until 2 and by that point the appointment time is over.... read more
I had a really great experience with Lexi she helped me dad and I and had great customer service. We will definitely be back!
Staff is incompetent at this location. I went before 15 mins before closing and doors were locked and they didn’t want to let me in. When they did open the door they say a manager has to be there while they fix my lenses. This is the second time I come to this store and and extremely dissatisfied. I grabbed a card and asked who the name of the manager is and a lady said it’s on the card when it wasn’t and had a rude tone. I had a fantastic experience at America’s Best recently, all thanks to Lexi! I came in with a pair of glasses that needed some serious help, and she handled the situation with total expertise and a great attitude. Lexi was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure the fit was exactly right. It’s rare to find someone who combines such technical skill with genuine, friendly customer service.
