This was my first time getting glasses. Unless you're picky about frames (btw, I found two I liked easily), why would you go anywhere else? I started by calling the place and asking them about their offer and explaining to them my situation. This is the best customer service I've received over the phone in a very long time. They were quick to help last minute the day before the start of school. Treated my little one amazing and fix the glasses right up. Can’t recommend highly enough. Shelby was awesome and helped us right away. Lexi was super sweet to my little one as well.
Shelby was really helpful providing a quick fix for my friend’s glasses emergency! He was also kind enough to help me with my PD measurement so that I could pick some glasses out.
