Excellent customer service from start to start to finish. The receptionist was welcoming and professional, and the ophthalmologist was friendly, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my eye health. A special 5-star recognition goes to Talaiyah for being incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive throughout my visit. I highly recommend this practice for their outstanding care and professionalism.

I visited America’s Best in Owings Mills for an eye exam and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I am a glaucoma suspect, so I take my eye exams seriously and am familiar with the types of testing I usually receive, including dilation drops, retinal evaluation, and visual field testing. During my visit, the assistant repeatedly tried to push a pre-test and retinal machine while also discussing additional costs ranging from around $60–$100. UPDATE: Corporate did correct the prescription issue and waived the price difference for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. However, the communication problems at this location are still ongoing. This is now the SECOND time I’ve received a text saying my contacts were “ready for pickup,” only to drive to the store and be told they were not actually ready.
