"Owings Mills" location I absolutely loved my experience there today. From the receptionist at the front desk, to the Optometrist everyone was friendly, curteous, and professional especially Markus. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been to other locations & this one by far is the best, I'd highly recommend them. Markus politeness goes beyond words. His customer service is top tier. He helped me so much I walked out with 5 pairs of glasses at a great price. Everyone there was engaging and well versed. I would tell anyone that needs an eye exam go there.
This is my first time getting my eye exam! I was about to go online and schedule a sane day appointment that was only an hour and a half away from the time I made the appointment. The exam was quick, and the service was fast and friendly! I was able to get my 1st two glasses in no time!
Omg Elizabeth’s the Receptionist was amazing. She has good taste. She has great customer service. She’s just adorable and helped us immensely. I recommend her to move forward with her career in America’s best.
