Had a great experience at Americas best. They staff was very helpful and nice. The front desk receptionist Elizabeth was very kind and friendly.
The sales associate Beth was really nice. She helped me pick up glasses and did not try to scam me.
I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this location. The ophthalmologist that my daughters and my mother seen there were very pleasant but the front desk staff has evidently changed. My mother called trying to get information about her last visit from 2022 since we had moved 3 years ago. The person that she spoke to at the front desk was very rude to her, wasn't trying to take the time to explain what happened to the note in my mother's file and quickly hung up on her.
