I would love to give 5 stars the front desk was wonderful and the doctor was phenomenal he explained everything. But the technician wasn’t the best she was very pushy and unprofessional. My glass came to 236. I'm not sure how I told her I would come back, but she said, "You Can’t get the money from the ATM." I said no, she began to say I hope you come back soon. She has to be trained again because that was so unprofessional in Owings Mills
Richard Fuss is one of the best optometrists I've ever encountered. Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing any products or services at any America's Best location. I ordered two pairs of eyeglasses, and when they arrived, both were made incorrectly to their respective distance and reading prescriptions. Following a no-cost remake, I attempted to have these corrected eyeglasses changed to a newer prescription. Beth was amazing, she was very patient and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor.
The worst location I have been to! Currently still waiting for BOTH glasses and contacts for over two weeks now. This was after being told I could be given a non prescription trial set because the last time I bought contact’s through Americas best they did not fit right and I was hesitant to buy again… but was later told “corporate” didn’t stock them and I would have to come out of pocket to try again. I recently visited this location to do my annual eye exam and had an amazing experience. Everyone was so helpful. Miss Jill, Currency, Brianna, Dr. Fuss & Kyla thank you for putting up with my shenanigans and my indecisiveness. It took me about two hours to find the perfect pair, and I never felt rushed
