I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance, they sent MULTIPLE reminders via text, email and calls even after I confirmed the appointment (which was very irritating). Then, waited till the day before my appointment to tell me "oh by the way we're out of network with your insurance so you gotta pay out of pocket" Oh, okay thanks for the waste of me scheduling around this appointment just to not be able to go. Had you told me sooner, I wouldn't be leaving a bad review.

Worst experience ever. Front lady was nice, exam people great. However sales associate or whatever title she has named DANIELLE was beyond horrible and rude. She was nice with EVERYBODY else, except me and my husband since we got to the store. She was obviously racist and couldn't stand someone that looks different to her. She had the worst attitude when "explaining" pricing, had an issue when I asked why it was higher than expected, I stated since the beggining I wanted one specific lens. Every time I have come in the past has been a great experience. This last one was pretty negative though. I got there a couple minutes late. Was told I would have to reschedule as they had a 10 minute grace period. After he finished talking I showed him that as of that very moment I was STILL only 9 minutes late. He was unwilling to do anything other than schedule me for another day which I declined.
