I had appointment today at 2:50 pm. I scheduled another appointment down the street to have my car done. My ride fell though from the dealership. I basically ran down the road a mile and half. Called the American Best and advised them my situation. They said there's a 10 minute window past you appointmenttime. I walked in the door coverd in sweat from the summer heat at 3:00 pm. A absolute waste of my time I spent hours trying to figure out the status of my appointment because they canceled it. After transferring me to another location they still had to cancel it because you guys weren’t prepared. Honestly if I could give you zero stars I would.
