I had an appointment at 12 minutes after 10 on Wednesday the fifth. Arrived five minutes early. Filled out all the info and waited 15 minutes to go into the pretest. Was pretested sent back out to wait where I sat for a half hour before anybody came out to tell me That their machines were having problems and they were waiting for a tech to call back to remedy the problems. The staff here are amazing and have always been amazing. They are mainly the reason why I keep coming back to this location. However, I had an appointment scheduled for 5:45pm and did the preliminary exam put me in que to be seen by the doctor. When it was my turn the doctor just clocked out with no warning. It was at least two of us. This was a complete waste of time because in order to come to the appointment I had to find a sitter for my daughter. They were very quick, polite and helpful.
In town for the holidays and had a screw pop out of my frames. They told me to come on in and fixed them for free, that's old school customer service. Thank you
Definitely a place where quantity exceeds quality. I had an appointment for 11:30 was still there at 12 with 8 people in front of me. What is the logic of appointments if you have to wait because of same day walk-ins? Not to mention when you schedule an appointment the soonest is over a month out and there is only one eye doctor... this makes no sense this was my first and last time at this establishment.
