The reason my family and I will not likely be back here is because the wait times for the exam are awful. My first appointment was at 5:30 and I arrived at 5:15 and due to people taking longer ahead of me, my appointment had to be rescheduled after already having the pretest. At the next appointment, it again ran an hour late. Got new glasses today I talked to Sam so he could explain to me how to wear my no line bifocals he was amazing he showed me exactly how to wear my glasses and not be on a high step level I give Sam 2 thumbs up!!! He's a true professional. Thanks Sam
I’ve been a customer for years in your Altamonte Springs store (Florida). I’ve even recommend my Best friend to take his children there. He’s totally satisfied with the service he has gotten for his family I’ve just recently moved to South Carolina. Columbia would be my nearest location of service.
