I walked in and I was immediately greeted by Alicia with a I remember you, Mr. Woodard. From there on it was a terrific experience with excellent service.
Was called to confirm appointment was told wait might be two hours as all doctors are virtual and they don’t know who will be working on the phone. How can you make appointments and not have doctors in the building to see or know when they will be available on the phone and ask people to waste all day waiting for a DR. Hopefully it won’t be two hours but this is an insane way to run a doctor’s office. We will see what happens.
