I’ve been a customer for years in your Altamonte Springs store (Florida). I’ve even recommend my Best friend to take his children there. He’s totally satisfied with the service he has gotten for his family I’ve just recently moved to South Carolina. Columbia would be my nearest location of service. That initial (negative) review I found it to be shocking to me. I still going to try the Columbia store. My loyalty still remains strong for American Best

Definitely the worst at any eye glasses places I've ever experienced. Customer satisfaction doesn't have a particular meaning .My last visit and I Surely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
