It was a joy working with joy. This is the second time that I had the pleasure of working with this young lady and she’s very efficient and kind.
Very professional and very reasonable prices!!! Fixed my glasses for free but it wasn’t a big problem to fix so they were koo about it. Definitely going back to get some more glasses!
Exceptional customer service by everyone. I want to especially acknowledge Connie. I witnessed her handle a phone call where she had to repeat information multiple times to a customer. She was clear, consider, and polite. She never sounded annoyed. She was also so sweet with me. Just an exceptional staff member. The place was clean and organized.
