Do not take your kids here! I have been going here for a few years myself and it was fine. They have the teledoc, the staff aren't the same people at every visit, and nobody seems happy to be there. I knew it was a cheaper option since I pay out of pocket and I wouldn't get the in depth care I would get somewhere else. My child was recommended to go to the eye doctor by his teacher so I made an appointment. It was horrific!!!! Everyone was great, Tony did great with the pretest, Ty was very interactive with my son, Tammy was very helpful with our glasses decisions and Denika keep checking up on us the whole time to make sure we was doing good. Today was a great experience at the Huber Heights store and we will come back again.
I got my appointment and glasses and I’ve brought them in once to have them adjusted because they keep falling off my face and again I need to bring them in for the same reason that’s twice now this used to be a good company. I don’t know what happened.
The entire experience with our grandson’s appointment went very well, Even though we got our appointment date wrong and wasn’t scheduled until the next morning, they were able to get us in, thank you to the young man for being so patient and helpful to our grandson with his exam. Tammy for being so helpful in helping our grandson select his favorite two pair of glasses. And in making sure we received all of our discounts. See you guys next year
