I went here on a whim when I could not get into my normal eye doctor for about 2 weeks. I had the best experience. Every person of the staff was beyond nice and helpful. Their test system is different since the doctor essentially zoom calls in to run the vision test and review documents and files, but they have plenty of eye doctors to choose from. I took my 7 year old daughter for the 1st time to an eye exam at America's Best. Let me tell you Mrs. Toni was so wonderful. She was polite, respectful, and friendly with with my daughter. She made my daughter feell like a super hero. After the exam Mrs. Denika was polite, professional and joyful while preparing my paperwork. I will give America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in Huber Heights a 20 out of 10. I will be recommending all my family and friends to this establishment. They'll threaten to call security if you accidentally stay past close. ATLEAST the assistant manager made it right when I came back in a couple weeks later.
If all reviews are 1 star or 5 star somethings off because you cant be both right down the line. It should be illegal for health pros to solicit or pay for reviews. The bad quality of their products voids the value of their price. Youre wasting money. I paid extra for Bifocal eyeglass with non-reflective lenses. The bifocals don't work. They talked me into keeping them saying I'd adjust. I still can't see print or up close. I don't have time to keep going back. I had a great experience! Everybody was super nice and helped entertain my young daughter while they performed my eye exam! Got me right in and the process was super easy!
