If all reviews are 1 star or 5 star somethings off because you cant be both right down the line. It should be illegal for health pros to solicit or pay for reviews. The bad quality of their products voids the value of their price. Youre wasting money. I paid extra for Bifocal eyeglass with non-reflective lenses. The bifocals don't work. They talked me into keeping them saying I'd adjust. I still can't see print or up close. I don't have time to keep going back. I had a great experience! Everybody was super nice and helped entertain my young daughter while they performed my eye exam! Got me right in and the process was super easy!
Terrible experience.. Had a appointment waiting an hour to be taken back to see the Dr nobody was in the store.. waited 25 mn to see a virtual doctor. Then waited at least 30 min for doctor to point prescription in to even be able to order contacts.. So 2 hours to see a virtual doctor that’s crazy! Not to mention all the employees were sitting around visiting with one of the employees family members the whole time we were there.. So we had to listen to thier conversation ! (1-star for today's poor customer service) - I'm awaiting a new pair of glasses ordered from America's Best in Huber Heights. My exam from last week shows 20-20 vision uncorrected using both eyes. My current glasses need replacement for the best corrected vision. Today one of their technicians absolutely refused to replace an existing lens into my current pair of glasses (swap out of left lens), even after I stated my vision is improved by doing so.
