I have never had a problem with them they are one of the best and the prices is affordable
Used to be a good location. They can’t keep a. Eye doctor. Last time I went it was a virtual apt. The technician had no clue what he was doing fitting the head piece to my head. I had to go back to resolve my prescription & back 2x to fix my glasses. Disappointing. I recommend going to a different location.
The service at the Huber Heights location was exceptional! Toni made the pre-exam process such a joy. She’s very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely comfortable. I can be a bit unorthodox when it comes to ordering glasses, but Chloe answered all of my many questions with patience and a smile. She’s incredibly helpful and well-informed. Denika checked me in quickly and even checked on my progress throughout the visit, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend in Huber Heights!
