I just had the BEST Experience with getting new glasses. I also brought my bestie who needed new glasses. She's from Mass and they don't have a store like this there that offers such Awesome deals. From the check in process to seeing Amanda, then the Doctor then the 2 ladies who checked us out, our Experience was Amazing. Theresa & Sabrina were personable, fun and you can tell they both enjoy their job. The entire staff were just so Friendly, Professional and Fun. 🙏. Thank you for a great Experience. ❤️
This company is a scam. I bought glasses from them they told me my isurance will pay this much and I was responsible for this much. I paid the amount they said and a month later they sent me a bill $134.00 that insurance didn’t pay. The insurance works out a rate with them and they they back charge you for what the insurance doesn’t pay. Beware big time scammers. I will never do business with them before. This has never happened with Target or any other company I used before.
Went to the palm Coast Americas Best. I had a 10-minute eye exam. They made me glasses and were way too strong. The Dr. Was late getting to work. My appt. Was in and out and made wrong glasses. Very incompetent place. I would never tell my friends to go here. Very bad care.
My bf needed new glasses so we walked around and found a great one he really liked at a reasonable price and then Mrs. Franny helped check us out. She is the sweetest lady and did the most to help us fit the glasses into our budget! She is the best!! Thank you so much.
I somehow bent the arm of my brand new glasses. When I went in the lovely lady Jennifer greeted my husband and I with a smile. First she adjusted his and said she’d try her best to fix mine. She did! They are always professional and friendly here.
