This place is the biggest gaslighting business in the industry. They mess up your order then give you attitude when you call them out on it and ask for clarification. DO BETTER PRETTY PATHETIC!!
Staff is argumentative, rather than helpful, tells you the Dr WILL NOT call you back even if requested to speak with them. Dr was great unfortunately will never be back because of the very poor staff. Customer Service needs adjustment.
Had to make 4 trips despite calling ahead and being told I could get everything I needed same day. Was not given my contact prescription until THEY decided it was okay (more than a full week after my eye exam). Also was given a full box of trial contacts that were the opposite prescription than I needed and was not told until after I wore them. Was lied to about cost, being able to get contacts same day, and being able to get MY OWN prescription. Couldn't even get the correct amount of trial lenses because counting to 14 is ... read more
I love the GM, Josselin Chavez!!! Josselin has been instrumental in my journey in getting the proper prescription glasses & prescription sunglasses. She helped me find the right frames for both, going back & forth several times to be sure I picked the correct ones. She is a great asset to your company & she knows her stuff. She would make a phenomenal Area & District Manager. She is very pleasant & the love for what she does, shows in her interaction with customers. Thank you Josselin!!
