This place is not being ran well at all. Two girls had just gone on their break when I walked in as the only employee left told one of them they needed to stay. Which they fussed about and ended up leaving anyways. I sat for half an hour waiting to pick up glasses and ended up leaving without any because 10 more peipme walked in. I will come back another time to pick up my glasses, and then never return
The staff were all kind and knowledgeable and answered any of my questions. My optician (Chris) even helped me to see how I could “get the most bang for my buck.” I’ll definitely be coming back.
First time going and it was nice. Customer service throughout whole process was good. Ms. Cheryl and Rae made the process easy. Great value for those who pay out of pocket.
Why a two star rating for this America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses is because some of the staff didn't pay attention to what I requested for contacts. I wanted to stay with Air Optix due to how great they feel in my eyes without any issues. When I was hopefully getting a trial pair of Air Optix found out the contact lady who helps you with the contacts ordered me their store brand and claimed they don't carry that brand and couldn't get them in without special ordering them I told the lady that I was told you had them in st... read more
Ms. Cheryl was so sweet! She was amazing-and professional. She took her time and guided me through all the tests.
