I had such a great experience at America’s Best in Bluffton! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel so welcome—friendly, helpful, and efficient. The doctor’s assistant and the eye doctor were both professional, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I have been getting glasses made for the past 3 years and the staff has been very nice, knowledgeable, and meeting the time frame with my order. The glasses that I had ordered in the past all turned out very well and had no issues.
They are America's Best ...Dr. Benner was kind and gentle. And Tyneisha, i can't say enough wonderful things about how great she was. Thank you , thank you, thank you
Worst customer service and the scam job they do with the pricing is enough to start a class action. This company is preying off low income people and then shaming and embarrassing them when the price changes. Shame on YOU, crappy company
First of all, I walked in and waited 25 minutes before anyone greeted me. I got someone’s attention and told her I was there for my 230 appointment if anyone needed to know and the response was “You’re good”. I’ve been proceeded to wait until 350 to be seen by the doctor. I then went out to purchase my two pairs of glasses for 229 as advertised all over the wall and was told that one pair of glasses was going to be $300. The bait and switch is ridiculous.
