Fantastic job by Lisa! I recently picked up new sunglasses and they were off just a bit. Lisa re-ordered them and also managed to fit my old lenses (from broken frames) into new frames. I didn’t think that was possible. Great job!
Horrible customer service. The woman looked like she was asleep when we walked in. No hello, no smile, completely silent and very uncomfortable. She acted like me coming in to order contacts was an inconvenience and she took FOREVER getting done what should have been done in 5 minutes. As a licensed optician myself and knowing the word of eyes and insurance, she dint know what she was doing. Very sad.
If I could give this a zero I would. It was the most appalling of services. I showed up 10 minuets early, and while sitting waiting for the eye exam I received a TEXT informing me that my appointment had been cancelled! Apparently, the computer was 'having problems'. At their suggestion I viewed glasses while I waited for them to address the problem. Waited and finally they told me 'Sorry for the mix up'. I was greeted by Jessica when I entered the store---who was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I will definitely go there again.
My wife and I were on vacation in Bluffton SC. and the screw and lens popped out of my sunglasses. Lisa H. Fixed them for no charge. Thanks for the great customer service!
