Koe was polite respectful and very helpful and patient with my grumpy self.
Went in for an exam. I pick out 2 pair of glasses and he made sure I would look fabulous with the ones I picked and and helped me add some extra color for my unique style. Koe is great and explained the warranty and every detail on everything!! Will be back... Thanks Hollywood
This 5 star rating is specifically for the employee, Mitchell!! My son is 12 and never wore contact lenses before. Mitchell was the employee that gave him the class to help him learn to put them in and take them out. Mitchell, was extremely patient and encouraging to my son! He made sure he didn’t give up! My son said that he made a big difference. I appreciate people like him that actually cares!
The staff here is very nice and helpful Koe was great with assisting me for the purchase of my glasses 🤓. The wait was not as long as I thought it would be, cause I did arrived a little early for my appointment .
If I could do zero stars, I would. I have been with America's best for all of my adult life. I was 19 when I started using them. I have been to about 5 different locations. Loved them all. The staff at Pooler were great minus Dr. BELKA. I will not go back to see her. She wasn't concerned with anything I had said, didn't take my medical history into consideration (even though it was a requirement before the visit), was snappy with me, and all around her professionalism wasn't there.
