They were in no hurry to help me. When I told them that I had insurance that I was using they did not bother to tell me that they were out of network. They waited until they started giving me prices.

I had such a wonderful experience at America's Best Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I initially came in hoping to have my eyeglasses repaired, but unfortunately, due to the way they had broken, they couldn't be fixed. stunned this level of service still exists anywhere, let alone a chain where the staff are just a warm body and not paid to actually care or put in effort beyond the minimum. i was hesitant about a "remote" eye exam, but with the video and technology - i can almost believe the guy is really right there and it's probably as good or better than an actual exam. like if you turn down the lights, i would truly not even know he was remote and not right there. he also found some stuff on pictures that suggest a health issue that i ... read more
