I recently made an appointment online at the Bay Shore, NY, location. It was for the same day because I needed contacts immediately. The staff and optometrist were spectacular and I had zero wait time. Additionally, they were able to take my insurance and order new contacts to arrive within a few days. Seems to me there is a huge lack of communication at this place. Also they’re not consistent. Before leaving my review I read other reviews and just noticed a pattern of the same thing. COMMUNICATION. With that comes inconsistency. Help once then maybe the service with be the same next time!. I was recommended to this place by my brother who comes here and my first visit was okay. Off the bat, need to say Meghan and Meo deserve a raise! Astonishingly friendly, Incredibly helpful! They were very knowledgeable on the type of frames my insurance was able to cover. Can’t fully express how amazing they were, truly felt they were looking out for my best interest! Looking forward to seeing them (fingers crossed 🤞) again on my next visit!
