Meghan was very helpful looking for glasses and giving me great options according to my preferences. Assisted with the payment processing and giving me the best lenses opening me to what my insurance would cover as well as getting me a pair of glasses that was covered with my warranty. All this and I left with a 12 dollar fee. I'll always go to this location as long as I get this service and the doctor is amazing.
Dr. JI GUO, O.D. is excellent. The staff very professional and friendly. This is the second year I have gone to get my vision checked. I highly recommend the Bay Shore location at Gardiner Manor Lane Shopping mall.
Kelly & Meghan were the best!! Excellent customer service and they didnt get annoyed when I came in right before closing and couldnt decide what I wanted. They handled me with care and I'm so happy with my decision!!
I was looking for a specific pair of glasses in the store that I use and could not get. Anymore abd they could not help me. I called the Americas Best in Bayshore and spoke to MEO. She went above and beyond to help me find these glasses that were hard to find because they were no longer available. Well, This girl was amazing. Not sure what happened recently, this place used to be great. They switched over to virtual visits and think its ok to make people wait over 3 hours. If someone is responsible and respectful of your time by being early the least you can do is not string them along. Edit: Corporate response obviously generated by ai or they don't care. I reviewed the location visited. Are you going to compensate me for time and money lost? No. So no I won't be wasting MORE of my time.
