Staff went above and beyond.
Former Mgr. and Optician were professional, obliging, and highly regarded! In a recent visit, I learned that ALL of the staff was replaced in entirety.
My partner and I stopped in the Liverpool location today because we are both loyal patients of Dr. Suffolk. He's always fantastic and this time was no different. I got to see some new faces today as well. Both of which were fantastic!! They both were running the place by themselves and didn't break a sweat. Chae and Mike were AMAZING from start to finish.
