Me and my 2 children went here for glasses every one was extremely professional from the tec Kyle to the sales person Nakia they were extremely helpful and nice hands down best experience getting glasses
Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had i dealt with a young lady named Nakia. She talked into her watch the whole time extremely disrespectful didn’t seem interested in helping me I would highly recommend going else where!! This type of behavior would never be allowed in my business, and that type of employee should be terminated!! I truthfully wouldn’t even leave this place one star but I can’t leave negative stars
Nakia is amazing - Go see her! Can't find the right frame? Ask her. Not sure what to do next? Ask her. I can't write enough about how very easy going and knowledgeable this lady is. Helped me with frames when I was unsure and when my daughter went to get contacts, Nakia helped us there too. Thank you Nakia!!
I've been going to this office for at least four years. We have loved the staff, who were warm and welcoming every time. They would recognize my daughter and call out her name as soon as she walked in. This was the warmest and most welcoming office I had been to. Having gone back since they overhauled with new employees, it is now a cold environment. We were made to feel like we were interrupting their day in a burden.
From making the appointment to finish, this was a great experience! Extremely kind staff. I highly recommend.
