I've been going to this office for at least four years. We have loved the staff, who were warm and welcoming every time. They would recognize my daughter and call out her name as soon as she walked in. This was the warmest and most welcoming office I had been to. Having gone back since they overhauled with new employees, it is now a cold environment. We were made to feel like we were interrupting their day in a burden.
From making the appointment to finish, this was a great experience! Extremely kind staff. I highly recommend.
staff is very friendly and helpful. dr.wells could do better, after my exam i asked if the reading glasses portion of my bifocal prescription had changed at all- his response was “bifocals?? you’re too young for that.” i’ve worn bifocals for almost 10 years, one look at my previous prescriptions would have told him that. thankfully i asked or i would have left with distance only glasses.

I went there to check out Ray-Ban glasses. I asked the question of a guy with shoulder length hair about Ray-Bans. He pointed me into the direction of the glasses. They were locked up . Two seconds later I asked him if I could try them on. as he was walked by. He said I'm on break. He made no attempt to get anybody else to help me. I left and am heading to LensCrafters.
