Unprofessional and disrespectful iv never had a worker talk to me the way this lady did my first time there and would most definitely be the last time as well get new staff who know how to talk to customers and PEOPLE in general with respect
Absolutely great..had gone to the Colonie one which was awful, was greeted by someone you can tell didn’t want to be there,was treated like I was “beneath them”and didnt even get to do the exam because the video portion wasn’t available but no one decided to call ahead and allow ME to decide if I wanted to wait to see if it would work or reschedule. Their customer service was amazing. I called before going to the store, and the guy on the phone spoke so quietly I couldn’t hear a word. When I asked him to repeat, he sounded super impatient. He hung up on me when i was still talking. Wont come back
