At first I thought it was great, then I was notified that my glasses was ready, went to pick them up after 3 weeks, it wasn’t my frames or prescription, still no glasses, I called at first I was told they was waiting for customs, called again they don’t know when they are gonna be ready..!!! Luckily I can see!

They “accidentally” booked our follow up appointment for a day where the doctor wasn’t in. Made the next appointment based on our availability, which was about two or three weeks later and they would only give us five days worth of contacts and told me we had to keep a day’s worth for when we saw the doctor so we only had usable lenses for four days. The girl told me that that’s all they had in stock. They are a chain but at no time did she even try to get lenses from a different store. I am disappointed with my experiences ... read more

Arrived for a scheduled appointment 9 minutes within the “10 minute grace period” that’s given and when arrived, was told I had to reschedule. Very inconvenient, unprofessional and unfair to claim that there is a 10 minute grace period for appointment times, just for it to not be honored. Do better.

I came in to pick up my glasses and left with two additional pairs, all because of the exceptional staff at the Mohawk Commons location. It started with Wendy, who answered the phone with such a warm and pleasant tone when I called to inquire about my glasses. That same welcoming personality carried right into my in-person visit. She helped me with adjustments, and when I noticed some damage to my glasses, Wendy brought in Connon, who stepped in right away. I booked my appointment and double checked they took my vision insurnace before I got there only to be told they don't accept my specific insurance because of who it provided by. That would have been nice to know before driving 30 minutes for an appointment. As soon as I said that I would not be going through with my appointment because of the aforementioned insurance situation, the attitudes of the employees changed and they acted like they wanted nothing to do with me, and they told me to go somewhere else.
