Every time I go to this place it’s an hours long event. Today I sat and waited 40 minutes for my appointment and when I asked when they were going to see me I was told it would be another 20 minutes. It wasn’t even busy. After years of dealing with this place I’m finding another provider that values my time and money.
Got me in and out. Even had a nice conversation with the woman finalizing my visit, not about glasses. Good atmosphere
At first I thought it was great, then I was notified that my glasses was ready, went to pick them up after 3 weeks, it wasn’t my frames or prescription, still no glasses, I called at first I was told they was waiting for customs, called again they don’t know when they are gonna be ready..!!! Luckily I can see!
They “accidentally” booked our follow up appointment for a day where the doctor wasn’t in. Made the next appointment based on our availability, which was about two or three weeks later and they would only give us five days worth of contacts and told me we had to keep a day’s worth for when we saw the doctor so we only had usable lenses for four days. The girl told me that that’s all they had in stock. They are a chain but at no time did she even try to get lenses from a different store. I am disappointed with my experiences ... read more
Arrived for a scheduled appointment 9 minutes within the “10 minute grace period” that’s given and when arrived, was told I had to reschedule. Very inconvenient, unprofessional and unfair to claim that there is a 10 minute grace period for appointment times, just for it to not be honored. Do better.
