My experience was not a very good one. I didn't know when booking my appointment it would be a zoom appointment. When I got there the woman at the desk told me I said I wasn't sure how I felt about that and the older woman said if I cancel the appointment I would be charged a no show fee. So I decided to go along with the appointment to avoid the fee. took me almost 3 hours for my appointment. theres are NO IN PERSON DOCTORS. all appointments have to FaceTime a doctor. one eye appointment should not take 3 hours. the techs are great and intelligent and competent.
No Doctors on staff in building!!!!!!!!! Beware !!!!!!! You will be waiting anywhere for about 3 hours because vision tech must video call a doctor to supervise and guess who doesn’t pick up the calls. They do not value your time as a customer or as a person because they don’t even value their own staff. When you hear people talking about quitting openly you know it’s bad. Even though the manager & the examiner was super nice, someone should teach the recipient’s how to be professional for how rude she is and without customers, no one is going to pay her.
Ellen was such a huge help picking out glasses today. She knew the pair that were perfect for me. She went through everything and let me know everything available. I was happy to hear about a 1 year protection plan and added that. The rest of the staff were very welcoming and the entire visit was quick and painless.
