Erick in the Alhambra store was very helpful & professional
The roughest eye exam I have ever got. Results are from machine scan without manual checking. If you don’t know how much they are going to charge you for contacts eye exam, it’s around $110 out of pocket after insurance, and they won’t tell you exactly beforehand. By the way, I have one of the best VSP insurance plan. If just regular frame glasses, I think the exam copay is $10 everywhere.
Ray was like a robot. No smile no nicities, not helpful and the sourest expression, stiff and not real suited for customer service.
