Went in for an eye exam and glasses. We thought we had an appointment but turns out it was for a different location. Lucky we were greeted and helped by Michael and he squeezed me in even though it was busy. He was so sweet, nice and accommodating. I had to return to have my glasses adjust in a different occasion and he helped me right away and had them adjusted within minutes. This is definitely going to be my new eye care go to. Thank you Michael
I keep scheduling appointments and they keep cancelling them with no reason. The first time, they randomly sent me a confirmation text several days before the appointment. I was at work and didn’t see the message until 20 minutes after they sent it. Since I hadn’t responded yet, they canceled my appointment! This place sucks. This is the second time I used it but this time a really had a bad service. Yes yes they are nice talking to you, but the forget to call you when glasses are ready. I came for the eyes check up by October and I had to return nearly five times. For my regular and computer glasses. I saw 3 different eye doctors to give me 3 different prescriptions. But I still cannot see with both glasses. I paid around $600 dollars. I am really piss off. If this time I go to check my glasses do not work. I will need a refund... read more

America best is the best Everald and staff were amazing, I was in to get a pair of glasses that I had broke, Everald said let me check if you purchased insurance, and I did I saved $300.00 bills don't go anywhere else! Thanks Guys!!!
