I didn't have an appointment but they saw me same day walking which is really nice.
They don’t honor their window price. I came in for my brothers first exam ever because he couldn’t read his school work. I’ve never been quoted almost 500 bucks for two glasses, and when I mentioned that the deal has never worked the way she was explaining, she pulled up my account to mention my last visit was my warranty pair and that glasses just exponentially grew more expensive. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I left work early to make this appointment. I called ahead and told them I would be 10 minutes late due to traffic and they said they could see me if I got there before 10 minutes. I ran in there at 9 minutes late. They refused to see me because their doctor “likes to go home at this time.” I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.
I would not buy glasses from here. Or really even get an exam here. I felt like the exam wasn’t as thorough as my last eye examiner. When I went to pay for the glasses to be made I was reccomended not to get the anti glare for some reason so I didn’t and I can’t even wear these glasses since the glare is SO bad. And they don’t even fit you to make sure your glasses fit properly. I kept telling the girl that they were loose EVERY SINGLE TIME and she barely did any adjustments.
