I was there for 2 times. one time for my husband,that was good experience. Second my daughter, the woman said confused and making me wrong. Need to pay for exam. She didn't know how to talk to customer service. Very rude. Doctor is nice. I was here for my huband. My husband did a virtual doctor appointment but we didn't know until present. Technician took care all wrong . Glasses came total disaster. We did everything again. Our time and energy wasted. Our family will never go back.
Just got my new glasses and super stoked to be able to see again :) Much more affordable than MyEyeDr, the employees were so much more professional and the prescription is great! Exactly what I needed, never going anywhere else.
came for the first time and they did not disappoint! laci was super helpful and the rest of the staff were just as accommodating and nice. thank you guys so much again!
No services rendered. I made an appointment online, filled out my paperwork in advance and came in 20 minutes early. When I arrived I was told the process would take 2 hours.. Then I was told that there was no Doctor on site and other than technicians the Doctor would be virtual. Then I was put in a waiting room behind roughly 6 other people.
