Sheila was a joy to work with. She was friendly and helpful during my transaction. The whole staff was friendly and happy.
I had to come here and talk about the receptionist (?...I think thats her position), Susan! (She is who gets my 5 stars!) She is ALWAYS smiling and so happy to help with anything I need! I know I can be so obnoxious with all my questions and quirky requests, but she always seems so happy to help, is always smiling and even makes me laugh! This location is the best. Every woman in that office is amazing, Docs pretty cool too. Very pleasant experience. As long as this current staff is here wont be going anywhere else.
I ordered glasses on 4/15. Was told 5-7 business days. I called on 4/23 to check status exactly one week later & they had trouble finding me bc they put my name as my street address. They fixed it, or so we thought. I Was then told they will be in on 4/24. I called that day ahead & the lady was shitty with me & said they won’t be in until the following Monday on 4/27, that she didn’t know who told me that & that her manifest shows monday. I'll tell you about my experience at America's Best in Valparaiso. I was so excited to get my eye exam here, because America's Best now sells the Pair Eyewear, which I ordered online 3 years ago. I love my Wanda frames and all the cool toppers! Docter Mitchell Smith took great care of me and I had a very thorough eye exam...really he was top notch!
