My husband and I came in got our exam and Shannon took care of us. Well She obviously had no idea how to measure for a bifocal. Shannon not only messed up my Measurements but she also messed up my husband. Someone needs to retrain her. Now we have to wait two weeks to get this fixed. Unfortunately she remeasured us again. I hope it’s right this time. This is absolutely unacceptable
Went in there got glasses they were ready within the time frame but I did not have the glasses that long and needed to have repairs done dropped them off Monday and they still have not fixed them
Susan was incredibly helpful, amd went above amd beyond obtaining contacts for my daughter before she left for college. She was so kind through the calls and pick up.Thank you so much for looking out for her!!
