I had to have glasses remade every time I have gone to this place. I finally gave up and am living with what I got. I went to an ophthalmologist after seeing America’s Best and he said the prescription wasn’t even close. I’m using my old glasses because they couldn’t get it right.Management was not very friendly so I didn’t feel like I could get the help I needed. I definitely won’t go back!
Horrible service. Called and asked if they could help with a lens swap identical frames to identical frames. Once I. The store is was told all they could do was an eye exam to make the lens fit!!! What a joke. Do people really fall for this crap. Wow. Was willing to pay cash.

Talk about rude and incompetence..I pay for the insurance to get a new pair of glasses.I wait a week and nothing..I wait another week and then I call, they say "glasses aren't here yet".I call a few days later because I know it doesn't take this long..She says"not here yet" .Of course WITHOUT actually looking if they were ever REORDERED...which they weren't..I have to make her do her job and check, she comes and says" opps, they were never ordered, guess you'll have to wait another 2 weeks"..No sorry..I did get a "What would... read more
