Came in for an appointment to get contacts. And I was a minute late so they said they could not do it. I will never go here again, and nether should you.
Excellent communication via text, phone message, email, smoke signal, Morse code, cb radio, satellite. Only received 23 reminders for the most recent appointment. If I could give them no stars I would. Worst place ever. Scheduled appointment last week. Had a badd sinus infection and had to cancel. Called early in day. Was on hold for almost 30 minutes and Noone answered. Called later and a guy picked up phone and before I could say anything, he pit me on hold. I was on hold for 25 minutes and noone answered so I hung up. Rescheduled for a 5:50 p.m. appointment. I called to say I might be a few minutes late.
