Worst ever! I've only been trying to see since Aug and they still can't get it right! They have forgotten to order my trial contacts TWICE now and now they tell me they've been ordered 9 DAYS ago so wait another 5 days even though since my appointment was OCTOBER 11TH so certainly should have been able to get a trial lens by now but no still waiting. Idk if I was a big company that makes tons of money I’d take the time to find people that aren’t completely rude and act inconvenienced when they have to do their jobs but apparently that’s a hard task these days . Cannot wait to pick up my glasses and NEVERRRR go there again .
8 years a club member ended today. Drove 5 hrs round trip for an eye exam. It was " virtual". Meaning literal waste of time and travel. Video doc could not prescribe because of lack of quality in video. I will never use this service / company again and canceling the next appointment (with actual eye doc). You lost me at virtual. Wasted an entire day off work and 250 miles travel to be told i have to see in person doc in two weeks. Canceling my membership im out. Made an appt with local walmart dont care of it costs more.
I was greeted and helped by the most amazing young lady, Shanell. She was so personable and kind and so thorough with my appointment. There was not one question she didn’t answer. I had the best experience, literally that I’ve ever had at any appointment!!! Thank You Shanell
I booked an appointment and waited two weeks to be seen, only to discover the “exam” was with a remote doctor over a Zoom call. At the end of the visit, I mentioned that I had worn Acuvue Oasys contacts for over a decade and really liked them. The doctor pushed their in-house brand instead, and unfortunately, I agreed to try them.
