I would give a 1 star if I could. I drove 180 miles to only find out that they were preferred out of network after I had called and verified in network when I scheduled my appointment I drove all the way down only to find out they don’t take my insurance! It was very frustrating as I had called to verify that they were in network with my insurance only to find out they aren’t. Get your shit together this is very infuriating
This is the worst place ever. The weather was horrible so I was 5 minutes late and they told me I couldn’t be seen. I waited over a month for this appointment. She was incredibly rude about it. Don’t waste your time at this place
Terrible customer service. I arrived just 5 minutes late to my appointment and was told it was already "half over." When I asked how that made sense, the receptionist smugly replied, “It was at 12:20 and it’s now 12:27 sooo…” The attitude was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. If five minutes is enough to ruin your system, maybe it's your scheduling that needs fixing. Won’t be coming back — and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We walked in to have a pair of glasses adjusted or replaced because we had literally flattened them by accident. Stephanie greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, had a good look and a laugh about the flattened but durable pair of glasses. She quickly looked up our account and found out we didn’t have a warranty on them. We asked if we could purchase another pair of frames since the lenses were fine but those specific frames were no longer available. Very friendly and welcoming staff. It was a pleasure working with the doctor. I want to thank Stephane for making glasses picking/check out such a pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend. Eye exam and glasses fitting all done within an hour! Will definitely be back for my annual check ups
