I purchased two boxes of contact lenses, and multiple pairs caused severe eye irritation. When I reached out for help, the manager told me there was nothing they could do. I spent money on contacts I can't wear, and they wouldn't replace them or refund my money. If you don't want to risk wasting your money on something you can't use, I recommend going somewhere else.

I just had an eye exam two days ago, my experience with the doctor went great. However, I ended leaving soooooo frustrated without getting a pair of glasses. I separate my reading glasses and my distance because progressive glasses do not work for me. My prescription for reading or distance are not strong and hasn't changed since my last exam 3 years ago. Kaylee and Dr.Mujeeb were amazing!!! Quick, to the point, both easy and fun to talk to, and lastly Dr was able to let me know something very important left off my charts for 11 years. The best service with the sweetest folks, and for some reason that’s not really common in Orlando so appreciate them please, thank you !!!
