Bryan was phenomenal and helped me pick what really fit me the best. Overall the staff were really friendly and welcoming!
We recently had a bad impression of this place and the staff and wrote a review. Bryan, the GM, called and asked how he can help. When he heard our side, he asked if we can go back and give him a chance to fix the issue. We did. Long story short, Bryan came through with his promise. He personally made sure we get the best deal as advertised. Kudos to this young man who knows how to handle his business!
While optometrist was good, customer service is not. These people do not know how to smile and not courteous. Also, you go in expecting to pay $95 or a bit more, for two pairs as advertised then suddenly they will quote you $300 and up! We ended up just wasting payment for an eye exam! DO NOT GO There! And please, do better with customer service!
