This location is the worst. This is the second time they refused to put lenses in previous frames claiming that there could be breakage. I had to go to another location, where they happily did it after I signed a waiver acknowledging the danger of breakage. The GM was arrogant, sarcastically asked if I was okay, after telling me that it was at his discretion. All this location wants is money. Take your business elsewhere for professional courtesy and service. Following this review up with a company complaint.
