America's Best is ripping you off with blue light "protection". According to the Mayo Clinic: Studies have been conducted on the benefits of blue-blocking lenses — whether these lenses alleviated eyestrain and discomfort when using digital devices and if sleep quality improved when the lenses were used in the evening. However, no significant improvement in vision performance or sleep quality has been found from using blue-blocking lenses.
The staff is very friendly and very helpful we need more places like this in the City of Buffalo the business with good people
I came to pick up my glasses and the glass case isn’t a good quality of material to protect my glasses from being damaged and I didn’t receive any kind of cloth to clean my glasses when they get spots on the lenses, my daughter insurance is with vision works and when I went to pick up her glasses they were in a hard case with a little cloth to clean her glasses with I felt kind of unimportant because I didn’t receive that type of treatment from your company.
I've been a America's Best customer for many years and has always had the best customer service untill now. I made an appointment using the time they provided which was at 12:50. I called ahead and stated Im running late the customer service associate informed me that after 10 minutes I would have to reschedule. I said fine I'm down the street not far about 5 minutes, she said OK. I arrived at 12:54. Every time I go to get glasses a month goes by with no word on them or when they come in i have to actively call about my glasses and when they ask if I got a call and I tell them no they say they arent in but will look and shocker they came in the week prior and they just don't know why no one has called me..
