Dr. Anderson is always excellent. Makes sure I get the best for my eyes. Angelica and Laura Lou are always so helpful and willing to talk to me about options!
Great experience at this America’s Best location. I recently moved across the country and this was the nearest AB. From the support staff to the optometrist, every phone call and in-person interaction has been kind and professional. Thank you, Laicie, and crew for a fantastic visit!
I have been going to AB for years. I’m not sure if this office is just full of fast talkers or what but for me all it takes is one bad experience for me to be done. If I’m going to AB it’s because I’m paying out of pocket when using insurance I go to a private optometrist. Best thing about AB is the recommended items are not required items and generally they discuss this and the difference in price with you before assuming you want them. Not at this location. The young lady assisting me was very patient, helpful, and informative. She made every effort to give me the best deals. She was also very attentive to my concerns, and maintained a very pleasant attitude. It was a pleasure working with her.
