All of the staff was super friendly: we needed help from four different people during the process of getting prescription glasses. The process did not take long, the selection of frames was decent, and the value was well worth it.
Absolutely the worst staff and doctor. Frequent errors in registering the prescription, happened to both me and my husband. They were unapologetic and rude. Very inconsiderate of a medical condition I was facing at the time to redo the exam to get the right prescription recorded. The manager used foul language like we can always vomit out words and we make mistake but we can’t be sorry about it. Stay away!
