I want to shout out Lisa at the Trexlertown location for giving me the best experience at an eye store! I've been using glasses my entire life and i've never been assisted with such consideration and care. She was able to answer all my questions and help me with everything i needed in a timely manner and we were still able to build rapport, she's amazing!
I love this place! They are so helpful! Lisa was such a great help for the past 2 years she took good care of me and I am forever grateful for her and with the love of my new glasses she helped me get a discount
My girlfriend went in to get glasses at America’s Best in Trexlertown, PA, and I just wanted to shout out Bonnie at the front desk and Lisa who helped us find frames—both were super friendly and made the whole experience way better than we expected. We only planned on getting one pair, but ended up leaving with more just because of how helpful and fun they were. My experience with them has been good. But I will say this. My wife has had them cancel 3 appointments due to a doctor not being in house and they can't do contacts virtually. It amazes me a place like America's best only has one doctor. They are going through family problems. We all have problems and losses but having to continuously cancel a patients appointment is absurd. Appointments that they kept assuring her the doctor would be in. Name should be Americas worst. My boyfriend and I scheduled appointments they were both cancelled. Then his next two times he was scheduled they cancelled those appointments also!!!!!! Absolutely disgraceful if your online scheduling doesn’t work properly don’t offer it. They have excuses that it was scheduled as virtual, but yet Bonnie, who rescheduled his the first time assured it was in person visit , however they called and said oh it’s virtual.
