Staff was amazing, place was very clean and they helped me with my little one while i was picking my new glasses, lisa helped me and she was the best, very helpful and understood all my needs for my new glasses i will recommend to anyone i rate them a 100 out of 10
Beware to anyone taking their child here for their first pair of contact lens. As a contact lens wearer myself I knew that an "educational" visit would be needed for my son. The employees stated it would take an hour appointment, and would be scheduled when his trial pair of lenses came in. I never got a call, so after 2 weeks, I called and was told yes they were in and that the only time they book contact lens educational appointments was Monday through Friday 11 am to 330 pm. This is one of the most unorganized places I’ve ever been to. It’s almost been a month, and I have still not received my trial contacts . I have also never received a call from the office regarding the delay or where they are. I have to keep calling the office to find out the status and still nothing ! They are also never on time and make you wait over 30 minutes from your appointment arrival..
I drove 45mins to visit the Trexlertown location and was NOT disappointed the exam was great and Lisa was a complete Gem! She gives her honest opinion and is super easy to work with very friendly and makes the whole experience. 10/10 recommend!!
I went there for the first time yesterday, and oh my gosh I love it there. The exam process was very quick and they’re pretty efficient with the way they do things! And the woman who helped me add on all the stuff for my frames (sadly I forget her name) was just so lovely and I enjoyed talking to her! Receptionist was also very nice :)
