My girlfriend went in to get glasses at America’s Best in Trexlertown, PA, and I just wanted to shout out Bonnie at the front desk and Lisa who helped us find frames—both were super friendly and made the whole experience way better than we expected. We only planned on getting one pair, but ended up leaving with more just because of how helpful and fun they were. My experience with them has been good. But I will say this. My wife has had them cancel 3 appointments due to a doctor not being in house and they can't do contacts virtually. It amazes me a place like America's best only has one doctor. They are going through family problems. We all have problems and losses but having to continuously cancel a patients appointment is absurd. Appointments that they kept assuring her the doctor would be in. Name should be Americas worst. My boyfriend and I scheduled appointments they were both cancelled. Then his next two times he was scheduled they cancelled those appointments also!!!!!! Absolutely disgraceful if your online scheduling doesn’t work properly don’t offer it. They have excuses that it was scheduled as virtual, but yet Bonnie, who rescheduled his the first time assured it was in person visit , however they called and said oh it’s virtual. My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at this store all thanks to Lisa and assistant mgr. Cory! They were incredibly kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to help my husband with his outside prescription. Their positive attitude and genuine willingness to assist made the entire process enjoyable. Truly excellent customer service! I recommend them 💯 😊
