Horrible customer service and female doctor very inconsiderate. I live 35 minutes away and went to pick up some Trials for some samples that I ordered days ago. I was told to come in anytime to pick them up. When I show up, they said that they no longer carry that brand and they must be ordered. The doctor would not give me any other brand…What a waste of my time and now I am without any contacts. I am blind as a bat.
Lisa did an excellent job helping me out to pick out my glasses, she was very sweet and she had a lot of patience! Loved the staff and the environment!
I want to shout out Lisa at the Trexlertown location for giving me the best experience at an eye store! I've been using glasses my entire life and i've never been assisted with such consideration and care. She was able to answer all my questions and help me with everything i needed in a timely manner and we were still able to build rapport, she's amazing!

My girlfriend went in to get glasses at America’s Best in Trexlertown, PA, and I just wanted to shout out Bonnie at the front desk and Lisa who helped us find frames—both were super friendly and made the whole experience way better than we expected. We only planned on getting one pair, but ended up leaving with more just because of how helpful and fun they were.
