It's a 50/50 for me. The doctor was great. The front desk ladies are all so nice but some seem to lack some knowledge and experience in some different types of lenses and aswell of how to handle lenses. This made my experience frustrating because I ended up with no answer once I left with a problem on my lenses being blurry around edges. No one that worked there knew why. With the solution being just getting refunded.
Ill start by saying i dont even write reviews because i think its a thing old people do, but let me say that I had the best experience at this location today. I had no choice but to come on here and let people know. the staff was so kind and so extremely helpful. it felt like they cared a lot. It is my first time getting contacts and they made sure i was able to put them in and take them out. made sure they fit the right way. they are fun and knowledgeable. i wish i got all of their names to mention them here. thank you
Dr was incredible. Manager was acknowledgeable. Not so much the staff. 3 or 4 visits later glasses remade still not right. At least they gave me my money back.
Cancelled my appointment twice within two weeks. Totally unsatisfactory.
