This location has been so helpful in the last few months. My vision recently changed dramatically and they have helped me in making sure the right prescription benefits me. Also Ricardo, the GM, went above and beyond making sure I got some contacts when my brand was out of stock and would have a major delay.
Worst service ever, didn’t explain the procedure after exam they want to say we don’t take your insurance anymore, told me an outrageous price saying the exam and still didn’t see the eye doctor
Update: Got my new prescription and I’m in love! I had never felt so comfortable wearing glasses. Customer service was great and the exam went smoothly. However, a few days after my visit I developed a stye for the first time in my life. I can’t say for certain it’s related, but the timing is hard to ignore. Good experience in the office, but leaving with an unexpected issue I’ve never dealt with before is hard to overlook.
