The experience excellently consistent. Eye doctor excellent caring, thorough, and personable. Selma, with whom I have dealt with on consecutive set of glasses over the last two years, very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with always. The complete quality received in every facet is superior service and the reason completely loyal customer...thanks for being so outstanding and dedicated.
What I had at this store today is an extraordinary experience in customer service that I've never experienced before. If you would like a great place to get a pair of glasses with great deals. This is the store for you. The staff is amazing. Everybody had a good vibe going on. You couldn't ask for a better place. I highly recommend.
The staff at this location is always extremely helpful and kind. I have had a couple of different issues with my glasses, mostly my fault, and the people at the shop have always been happy to help me. I always appreciate that when I see it!
Doesn't respect patients enough to actually keep their appointment times. Assume you will have to wait an hour or more beyond your allotted time. So disrespectful......
Made a virtual appointment on a Sunday. Got about 6 texts and emails confirming my appointment. Also a phone call day of to confirm it was virtual. Went in got checked in and at 2:30 I am told that it will be an hour wait for the virtual dr. I don’t need to see a dr but yet they force you to even though I have no issues and only want a contact RX so then was told that’s not an option so had to cancel.
