Sofia and Destiny were amazing. I had a pair of glasses that I was not happy with and Sofia worked with me to get replacements and Destiny made sure everything fit. 10 out of 10.

I am giving two stars because I had a bad experience today. Went in for an adjustment and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time while the lady had my glasses to get them back. She helped the gentlemen before me, and I kindly waited. She got to me and proceed to help everyone else while helping me. I normally dont complain but it shouldn't take 10 mins to adjust glasses when there's multiple people working the front desk. Very unprofessional
