Today my kids had appointments, the exam expireance was great, but the rest of the visit was horrible. I felt like the lady helping us didnt pay attention to anything we told her. She asked if we had insurance, then forgot we did, and tried to sale me a 3 year eye care plan. My daughter wants contact and told her she has to schedule a class to try on, then tried to use my insurance for contact, instead of glasses. The only person that actually knows what they are doing is the doctor and I’m assuming the office manager Selma . I’ve never experienced such slow working people and not trained. Also I’ve never in my life went to go pick up my glasses and they had to build them in front of me.
Judith Dolan was wonderful. I really appreciate her professionalism, unlike the front desk people who just wanted to visit with other people rather than check customers out. They were rude and uncaring.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Greenville, TX location while picking up glasses for my wife. During my visit, I witnessed the staff repeatedly behaving in a rude and dismissive manner—not only toward me, but also toward several elderly ladies, all easily in their 70s. It was uncomfortable to watch as they were spoken to with impatience and condescension, and at times outright disregard.
