Very disappointed in the eye exam. Dr saw me for maybe 5-10 minutes, then they could not honor all the benefits with my eye insurance (the $ amount I can use towards glasses or contacts). I gave 2 stars (not 1) because the staff is nice.
I havent been to an America's Best location in 7 years after some truly awful experiences. I gave this location a chance and was blown away with the level of care and customer service i experienced. Everyone from the receptionist, the doctor, the techs, and especially Gina the manager went above and beyond to renew my faith in this company with an incredible experience today. 🙌 💯 BEST Americas Best location ive ever been too. Thank you Gina for making me feel seen and heard and your exceptional care and service.
My son visited the Oswego, IL store on April 11, 2026, where we ordered glasses. I waited the stated 10 business days and was told on multiple occasions afterward that they would arrive that week. After still not receiving them, I eventually called their 1-800 number and spoke with someone who provided me with the tracking number. I called again on May 1 at 11:49 AM (CST) and was told by Juana that the glasses had still not arrived. Had my eye appointment today and I absolutely love this store! Eye doctor is amazing he is fast and answered and explained everything! Quick service today from the start! Been going here for a couple of years and will continue too! Great service from start to finish
