Ohhhh yessss!! This place is the BEST!! Dr. Gralak is personable, patient and compassionate to my needs. The staff is lovely; Sarah, the receptionist, was also kind and diligent to fit my ever changing needs!! Love this place!!! Thank you!!!
Horrible customer service. Came in and was ignored for 30mins until i walked out. They need to be retrained on customer experience and handling wait times.
Terrible customer service! Been going here since 2021 and my eye exam expired days ago and they won’t allow me to reorder contacts. You just lost 5 customers, my family and I will be going to For Eyes in Oswego.
Don’t go if you have insurance in hand …they used to tell you they are in network with every insurance but reality is they are not…
