Employees are rude . Went to pick up my glasses and the employee who assisted me looked like I was bothering . Complained about the fit of the glasses and she dismissed my complaint multiple times . Literally placed my glasses on the counter and left . No anything else or have a good day .
I have been buying glasses here for myself and my family since 1999. In the past I have used the Aurora store and have received very good service. When it became time for new glasses for myself I decided I would return to America's Best once again. Since I live in Oswego I was happy see America's Best opening here. When speaking with the sales woman I was informed that I was not eligible two pair for $89 deal if I used my insurance, I was shocked. Since I have just seen my Optometrist I did not require an exam.
