I love it
I have to give it 1 star just to rate it otherwise id give it 0! I went here a couple months ago and just needed a nose pad. The heavyset optometrist asked if I got the glasses there and I was in a rush to get to work so yes I lied and said yes. She then didnt even ask my name and got the bag of nose pads out because they dont charge even though I offered to pay. Despite paying for an eye exam AND all the “extra” tests out of pocket, they will not provide or measure my PD (pupillary distance). I wanted to buy glasses from them, but they don’t offer the color I want — so I have to order it online. So, despite having an accurate prescription, there’s a significant chance my glasses won’t work properly because I have to take my own PD measurement. This is completely unacceptable.
I loved my experience today !!!! Thank you so much !!!! Diana was very nice, informative , and made this eye experience a great one !
