The worst part is, I didn't even realize these people didn't know what they were doing. I have been here twice. The first time was an incredible experience, very professional. And that was maybe 3 years ago. The prescription was perfect. The second time I went there, new doctor did my eye exam, and somehow gave me a lesser prescription in both eyes. The minute I walked in the store and the girl at the front desk was not happy I should have know to leave. I stayed ended up getting glasses and trial contacts and also 2 boxes of contacts I was told I could return if they didn't work. They didn't work so I went back to return and they said I could only get $45 back. I paid over $380 and they used my insurance for the contacts not the glasses. How stupid is that they were trials. Anyways back to lens crafters next year not even sure why I didn't go there in the first place.
"Terrible experience at this location” Got quoted one price, but was charged a completely different amount at checkout, just like others have mentioned🤯. Waited over 2 hours for a simple appointment, which is unacceptable . Staff was rude and unprofessional. One of the staff members I couldn’t understand her with the tongue being pierced at the tip. Just please go elsewhere not worth the hassle. I regret it so bad
