What a joke…….
I got one eye exam covered by my insurance and I wasted it here, this virtual exam makes no sense because at first I got my glass I wanted to my DMV and I still couldn't see (its like i wasnt wearing any glasses) and that makes the DMV worker thinking I was faking so I had to show the text message i got saying my glasses were ready for pickup and I told me to come back then I called american best took back my glasses and the doctor that performed my next SO CALLED eye exam looked completely confused and lost. If you actually look at the reviews of this store, its been struggling since opening. They’ve been through 3 different managers within the past year and this last manager really thought she made some changes but she’s in the same boat as the rest of the managers and she’s not special. I’m pretty sure she has internalized racism because as a former employee she treated us with little to no respect coming straight in the door. I had to order frames twice because the wrong pair of glasses was getting shipped to the store. The first time was blamed on the holidays and I had to wait over a month for the second order. The second screw up had no excuse and when I just asked for my money back the clerk was happy to give it with no regard. The customer service here is not what it use to be and I won't be returning to purchase glasses.
Absolute worst experience I have had at an eye doctor. The front staff was professional & nice. ONLY reason for 2 stars.
