I’m awful with names, but my sister and I’s assistant, doctor, and frame guy were all so kind and professional. Stacie was also positively awesome— personable, genuine, and hilarious. She was essential in helping me pick out my frames, too. Shout out to Stacie!
I am SO mad. My contacts just came and the eye doctor increased the prescription after I asked her not to. I got a new pair of glasses as well that I can’t even wear bc they are too strong. The eye doctor DID NOT LISTEN TO ME. I suffer from migraines and what do you know, both are causing migraines! It’s a TERRIBLE FEELING TO WEAR CONTACTS/GLASSES that are too strong! I realized it had been nearly 15 years since I had a full eye exam. In that time, I've only been given updated prescriptions by different eye doctors, but never the complete, thorough exam. Because of that, I was honestly a little nervous going in this time-I didn't know what to expect. Let me just say, Chris, Mariah, and the entire team at the Western hills location completely changed that experience for me. As a first time consumer, America’s Best really took care of me! It has been well over 5 years since my last eye exam but this exam was easily done and super impressive since the optometrist was remote that day. Kudos to Dr. Patel for helping me realize that I now need bifocals 😂. And kudos to the optician and optician techs, especially De’Angelo, who knew the exact frame to use not only to accommodate the progressive lenses I now need but to also compliment my facial/bone structure. I will see you guys in a year!
