ive had nothing butit issues with thos place since ibcame a year ago for glasses. not that i am trying to get my glasses fixed they have their doors locked only allowing so many people in at a time whoch is understood but i watched 2 people leave while they are still making me wait outside . they tinhen tell me through the door i need to call to get my glasses repaired. smh. finally they let another person out the door and proceeded to make me do my business in the heat on the side walk. upon asking 4 times can i not come in... read more

Best eyeglasses place I’ve ever been
I was told that When they tell you they will put a rush on the order, its not true. It's only for the lab. But you still have to wait 2 weeks. They didn't tell us that part. And this was after we already waited 2 weeks & the prescription wasn't right the 1st time. Not happy being lied to. There is no rush for your orders.
Manager went above and beyond when my son lost his glasses 22 hours after picking them out! A+ customer service. Thank you Michael, you have customers for life!
Great affordable prices if you don't have insurance. Good people as well.
