I would give 0 stars if I could... At the end of April my husband came to this Culpeper location in the evening after work for an exam, not even 24 hours later we were at the Urgent Care for Pink Eye. Called the location earlier that day and the lady who answered the phone was just plain rude. Today after receiving the Urgent Care bill I called corporate to explain our experience and had the worst customer service imaginable. My brother and I hadn't had an exam in years. We were both talking about how down to earth at friendly Ron was. He explained everything to us and all our options as far as what we could afford. We are very pleased.
My son and husband both wear contacts and glasses. We have always had excellent service as well as great customer service especially from Gail Dunivan. Gail has gone above and beyond so many times for us, she deserves to be recognized for her efforts and taking the extra initiative in making a customer happy.

I had my first appointment today and had a wonderful experience! Ron was super helpful the first time I came with helping me get my appointment set up and was able to help me order my contacts and glasses today! Super friendly staff all the way around!
I really love this place but, some how they last my file other than that great place.
