Everyone was OK except for the female who helped me with my contacts and glasses she was upset because they told me the retina exam was free with my insurance and when it was Time to pay she said I had to pay for it I asked for the supervisor and he said give it to her and ingot contacts and glasses and I see better without the contacts. Won't go here again.

I went in and didn't even have an appointment but got in after 20 minutes ...got a through eye exam and got a pair of contacts for a week trail and it feels really good to see so clearly Lord knows I was blind as a bat.. Everyone was sooo nice, friendly and helpful...will definitely be going back and recommending them to friends and family...

I went in for my exams and was in and out within an hour they walked me threw everything and answered all my questions. I had one of the 2 pairs within 5 business days and the other a few days after the first week. I've sent them customers that had the same wait time as me so far.

Still no calls how do we get a refund. It's obvious the America's best has no concern for customers. District managers cant even give a call. It's a shame an 82 year old trying to save money on a fixed income gets taken. And, cant afford to go elsewhere because her almost 300$ is tied up in a bogus company. I think I have been very nice considering the circumstances. Now its time to ask for a refund. How do I get reimbursed so we can attain glasses elsewhere. Three months is WAY too long.

Took me and my mom there, 3 months later she still has no glasses. I got contacts and the 99$ plan and there so thin the tear. I guess it was 300. Dollars wasted i will never go back

SUPER SLOW customer service! Would not come back another year! 1st yr was great, and second business started to decline. Now, it takes a full month to get your pair of glasses.
