RecommendedDebra was a gem. She worked the pricing for my hunni’s glasses and things worked out perfectly. I love that they honor their Vets in discount pricing. They practice social distance, temp check and spray your hands with sanitizer to ensure safety for all customers

I went to this location: 6600 Spring Stuebner Rd Suite 160, Spring, TX 77389 I called an hour before my appointment time to see if they were running on time Olga told me they were 2 appointments behind. I asked if I should head in easy she said yes that's fine. I got to this location at 1200pm 30 minutes before my appointment. At 1250pm customers that came in at least 20 after me were being seen before me. I asked how much longer and the receptionist said she didn't know and got a bad attitude with me. so I left. very disapp... read more
Terrible scheduling and customer service! Went 2 weeks ago with an appointment and walked out after waiting an hour because I was told another hour before we were going to be seen. Scheduled an appointment today at 9:20 (first available) and after waiting a while was told that the dr doesn't come in until 10:00! Such a waste of time. Thank you for wasting my time off from work again.

Best Service I have received in a very long time! Lewarren and Tamara were GREAT! Lewarren was so patient with me - as I had a LOT of questions. He did everything to assure I received the best price I could get! I highly recommend them. Will follow up when my glasses come in!
