I was in there today. I was given a price over 500.00 for a pair of sunglasses, (frames 69.95) and a pair of regular glasses. please tell me how Vision works can give me what I need for 211.00 and you cant?
They kept me waiting 30 minutes and took appointments out of order. 6 patients waiting when I went to complain. I was asked to reschedule and I refused and left. They wasted my time and my leave, so why would I do it again and pay them for this.
I give them two stars for the people that greeted me when I came in and the doctor that saw me was friendly but ran through the exam really fast. I didn’t give 5 stars bc the guy that saw me before the doctor couldn’t have been more monotone it robotic. He made me feel like me being there was a problem for him. I will give the cull pepper location a try since either way is a 30 month drive for me.
Thank you so much to the staff at America's Best today. I took my 10 year old for a contact exam for first time. They were so kind, patient, and informative. We both felt great when we left today. Amazing positive experience for first time lens wearer.
