Every time I go here it’s something... my prescription expired in Oct... no phone call, no mail out, no email... I was told we don’t notify that’s not our policy ( exact words). I won’t even speak on the professionalisms... THERE IS NONE... I was told it would be 2 weeks before I can get an appointment... So I can’t see for 2 weeks... I will be scheduling my appointment somewhere else... the last time .. I given chance after chance but not AGAIN

The promotion they push is classic bait and switch. I kind of expected it would be more then the ad but it was extremely costly. I spent the whole day there and both pairs are horrible. Stay away from this company. Go to Walmart or anywhere else.
This was the first exam that I have had in a while where I really felt like the Dr. was invested in my eye health. He was very thorough and took the time to actually explain things to me and discuss further options for me.
