Friendly doc, friendly staff, got everything done on my lunch break, less than hour, contact and glasses exam, order contacts and glasses all under an hour, they are right next door to my job thriftyeric.com where i sell preowned autos.

Horrible service from store and corporate. I'm sure there are staff members that offer amazing service but this group at this store are NOT those people. Left lens in right eye, right in left. 20 days later still no glasses even though I explained that these were for a senior who was in need of them. I was told, "We have a lot of kids who are going back to school." No apology, no nothing. HAD to write a bad review on this one.
Terrible establishment! Run as far away as you can. They lost my high end glasses just to be told they can only reimburse me $50. Now I have to go buy another pair of glasses and lenses due to their mishaps. I also had to call daily to find this out. Not once did I get a call about my glasses. When I finally spoke to the manager, she was rude and condescending. Staff are terrible as I got two other glasses that were done incorrectly. I had to wait 3 weeks for the other two pair to get redone. I will never go here again and I... read more
Promised us that our insurance would cover the cost, then did a lot of different tests, ended up our insurance didn't cover what they did and we ended up having to pay a lot more out of pocket.. Now I find out they screwed a friend of mine over claiming to have lost her high end glasses and only willing to reimburse her $50 for them.. NEVER go here.. America's Worst!
